“The cellar Management course was OK. It didn't go into any great detail and most of the information contained in this course would be known by most members of bar staff. If you want a more in-depth course, I would recommend going to one issued by the BIIAB. However, they are only held at certain locations a few times a year and are far more expensive. This is a much more affordable option for those who need the certification but can't afford the full day course at a brewery.”

“It would be good to have a pause button during the slides so that if you are taking notes you can pause and then continue rather than using previous and next”

“It was written in an easy to understand manner, logical and methodical. What I didn't like was the inability to print out the course notes. This would be handy as I have no idea how long this information will be made available to me.”

Hello Teresa, thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you liked the course content and found it easy to understand! Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “Good succinct and to the point. However, I was slightly disappointed that for the Working at Height briefing, there was no mention of working on scaffolding, or the gap between guard rails, or even if working within a building on a upper floor, there should be "fall barriers" in place”
