“The risk assessment training is clear and concise. I enjoyed doing it. I would however like to be able to have printed written documents to read to refresh myself from time to time. It would be helpful if you could also provide this for me.”

Hello Anne, thank you very much for your review, it’s really appreciated! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the course and found it clear and concise. Unfortunately the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. “Clear and concise. However, on the summary pages for each section the pictures weren't displaying properly (only had x's instead of the picture) and not all summary points voiced were visible.”

Hello Claire, thank you for your review! I’m really glad you found the course clear and concise! I'm sorry to hear you experienced issues with the pictures loading and the voice-over. I have tested the course on my side and there doesn't seem to be a problem with it which may suggest that it might have been an issue with the browser you were on. If you purchase from us again please try using Google Chrome. It may also be worth trying to clear your browsing history, cookies and cache so you don’t experience any other issues with your browser, sometimes there can be a blockage which can stop pictures and sounds loading properly. “I feel a couple of the contents aren’t clear. The piece written about talking to the children about domestic abuse needs to add that this needs to be done by social service or the police a non da professional questioning the children can be very dangerous. Also the first question around who would you speak to if you had concerns about da the answer social services isn’t correct as you wouldn’t speak to social services if there were no children advice from police or domestic abuse service is a better response or add children into the question.”

“Very easy training to go through and informative with shows of great resources that one can use after you finish the training. The only issue is that some of the information was outdated which resulted in incorrect answers to questions or having to choose the most similar answer. For example, having to choose a Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) as the correct answer when in reality the Act is now known as the Financial Services Act 2012 (the “Act”) and that answer was not present as a choice in the final assessment.”

“I liked the option of reading or listening to the information and being able to take it at my own speed”

“factual focussed concise. However I would not recommend to anyone else as there is no summary of content and detail to take away. Is this usual for online learning products.? I wanted to look up some detail on food cooking and reheating temperatures . I'd think it better value if those who'd completed and passed had access to a members area to review and revise their learning and print off if required. Can I log in and revisit what I've already completed?”

Once you have completed your training you are able to access the course content for up to a year after completing the course so you can review all the information again, also you might find the end of module summary helpful as this is an overview of what is covered in each module. The course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images.
