Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your certificate yet. We sent it for you in the First Class post on the 16th. They can take approximately 1-3 working days to arrive, so I expect it will be with you today or Monday at the latest. In the meantime I have emailed you a PDF copy. “concise, quick, necessary details all there Overall a good course Once started assessment at end not possible to go back to read web pages. Not explained that if got an answer wrong not allowed 2nd attempt. Not told what pass percentage was.If fail test do you charge to re take it?”

“Not very computer savy but I managed no problem although i found i had to read a few questions over and over again as i felt it wasn't clear but that's probably just me. Highly recommend it.”
