“Food labelling assessment have 1 wrong answer question 8 of 15 - what does a country of origin statement show ? The origin refers to where the main ingredient come from. The answer given in the assessment was where the product last underwent a substantial change which refers to country of provenance. Please review and apologies if I am wrong.”

I have made our content team aware of this and they went away to review this section. They have confirmed that it is correct and that within module 2, page 18 it states "The place or provenance of origin must be stated on the product where failure to provide this information might mislead the consumer.” And that “the rule is that the declaration should be made about the place where the product last underwent a substantial change."
