“Very clear and thorough coverage. Slight quibble with some of pictures, eg when talking about bacterial spores there was a picture of a mould - might lead people to think that you can see spore forming bacteria. (Accept that elsewhere you make it clear that this is not possible.) The test at the end was not very challenging - most people could probably guess a lot of the answers without having studied the modules.”

We really do try and make our training as accessible as possible for all of our learners. “Course was concise and to the point and well structured. Would have like to have seen more examples demonstrating application of the principles being taught. Vocal delivery was a little odd in parts. Would have no problem in recommending course to others as it covers the key issues.”
