“The course was good, apart from the last module there was no warning that the questions were going to start, with no second chances. Some of the questions were quite difficult and worded in a tricky way that was quite mean on the candidate too. There was a huge amount of reading in the modules leading up to the FINAL questions, maybe watching a few videos would have been less boring, as there is a lot of information to take in. Pictures are also good to help absorb information. Also, not relying on multiple choice questions all the time - but writing your own words would have been good. thanks”

Hello, thank you for your review and feedback! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the course! I’m sorry that you felt there was no warning when it came to the assessment. To start the assessment, you have to click on the module that says “Start Assessment”. You can then take the assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost, so you can actually have as many chances as you like. I do apologise if the wording of the questions came across as confusing. We do have to use multiple choice questions due to the course being online, as this is how we are able to instantly mark the course and confirm whether you have passed or not. Thank you for the suggestion in regards to the video and pictures. I will be sure to pass this on to our Content Department to look into for future versions of the course! “Yes, I think that the text is made very logical and easy to understand. Pictures are neat and I felt it was very professional. I am going to start working as a fire safety coordinator in Japan for global corporation which has offices in Japan. I am a Japanese and know about Japanese Fire Law and I need to compare Japanese and Western fire standard differences before starting the job. This course helped me a lot. I would like to say thank you for your service. If you could provide copy of your courses for the people who took the course would be much helpful since people tend to forget things. Hello Seiji, thank you so much for your review and I’m so pleased to hear that the course has helped you. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print or download because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in (with your login details) and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future.
