“Very convenient, good value online course. Helpful that you can do it at your own pace. It's a bit dull in the way it's presented, but the intermittent quizzes help, and it covered all the important areas. I will be much more mindful about food preparation practices going forward.”

“the course was too long, unable to fast forward, it seemed more like a complete course than a refresher. Try asking questions first with each module, then dependant on answers score, determine whether the module is necessary, thereby permitting a module to be skipped.”

The course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements.
