“I found the training clear & easy to follow, I worked at a steady pace & completed over a couple of days. I left for a week before doing the test to see how much info I had retained. I was expecting to be able to go through all the course slides before the test not just a summary, so this was a little disappointing. Would use this company again. Are you going to do higher level courses than Level 3 ? I would have found it helpful if there had been information on what to do if Safeguarding Referral is not accepted by Social Services Safeguarding Department or to give examples of criteria within Safeguarding Departments. I have been in a situation where many safeguarding have been raised by multiple agencies & have not been accepted when would appear to be a clear safeguarding. There would appear to be a coverup by the very Safeguarding Department which was tasked with protection. Maybe that would be covered in a Level 4 Safeguarding Course ? On the summary of all sections for Review before taking the test it didn't mention that all adults with Care & Support needs whether care & support needs supplied or not are also considered to be covered by Safeguarding”

The Workplace First Aid course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner knows how to take appropriate action and safely administer first aid. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “Absolutely fantastic. The Introduction was so informative. I am a little too eager sometimes. But everything was really interesting and with the on line training you can relax more and take your time, and go over the instructions again if need be. But that's good because you are taking everything in.”
