“It was concise containing only information that is relevant to the award. It is a simple to use program that you can go through at your own pace. The ladies voice was easy to listen to.”

“I liked that the course was informative, clear and concise. It was well presented and the questions were easily understood. The only reason i did not give it a score of five was due to the price, with VAT i found such a short course to be expensive.”

“Both audio and visuals were clear; they were simple yet conveyed much useful information. Took much longer than the 2-3 hours mentioned - I found it took about 9 hours to digest and learn the material. Final assessment is far too simple....common sense would get you through it.”

“I have already posted a review.. I didn't have the opportunity to say that I found the commentary slightly frustrating. I wanted to read at my own speed and was slightly frustrated that the paragraphs online came up when they were ready. I turned the sound off in the end and waited for each page to load before reading.”
