“on question 8 of 15 of my assessment you give the correct answer as PPE should be well maintained and replaced regularly, surely the correct answer should be that the employees wear the PPE provided at all times !!!!!!! .............. you can give employees as much PPE as you like but if they dont wear it there is no point in maintaining it or replacing it is there ???????????????????????”

Hello Peter, thank you for your review. I have forwarded your feedback onto our Content Team and they have said that wearing PPE at all times is not the correct answer because there will be certain times when wearing it is not necessary. They should only wear it in designated zones or for the activities that have been identified as needing PPE. We do recognise however that the question is confusing and will be changed accordingly.
