“Easy to follow instructions & quite easy to understand, except we didn't need to do all we had to watch as we r not a catering establishment, just a charity supply a meal to senior citizens which has already been prepared by someone else. We could do with a shorter course”

Hi, thank you so much for your review and feedback! I’m really glad to hear that the course was easy to understand. I do completely understand where you are coming from, but in order to show due diligence, be prepared and comply with the legal requirements for food handlers it is important to have a good understanding of the basic principles. It would be difficult to provide this knowledge in a shorter course. Our courses don’t have time limits so if you are pushed for time, you can log out and all your progress will be saved for the next time! “Continuing to training anytime you want was the good part of it, but the final assessment questions were generally not included by the training content. So if the food handler is not close to any type of food products or food science this can be hard for them. But generally I like it and it was really better contrary I expect.”
