“I found the course very informative and supportive. Clearly presented and backed up with references and different places to access more information. The small assessments allowed me to know that I had taken in the most important and relevant parts of the course. This is a good way to complete a course - fitting around my available time.”

“The course was really great. It was so helpful that there was someone talking through the course but could have had help when answering questions or answering what you know about Safeguarding. E.g. So, when you hover over or click on the statement or question, it could of read out what the question or statement was, to help people with reading or sight problems. Also have a section where there is a PDF of the slide, so you can make it bigger to read, as sometimes there was a lot on the slide making it hard to read. But overrule it was great and suitable for all members of clubs, no matter who they are and their role within the club. but I think it is essential that all club elected officers, committee members, coaches, volunteers, young coaches and parents do this safeguarding training. I would highly recommend this to anyone within a club setting or who is a coach.”

If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics. We do this to ensure the learner has gone back and read through the required information. “We have used High Speed Training for several different courses. The courses are always well structured, with interesting and logical progress, split into small, easy to complete sections. One of the benefits to us is the ease of stopping and then picking up where you left off. It makes it easier for our busy colleagues to complete the courses. One small negative for us is that we have several colleagues that have English as a second language and they sometimes struggle with some of the lesser known words. That won't prevent us from coming back for more courses when we need them, but is a point that is worth mentioning.”

“for none management workers it seemed a little over complicated and the important info was lost among technical data dates etc , also wording of some of the questions was a little ambiguous , there are still some people who feel uncomfortable using computers and therefore would struggle to learn anything with any computer based course”
