“The Training materials were information and well structured, but they would be more inclusive with BSL video translations. This would ensure that deaf individuals who use BSL as their primary language can fully access the content. Adding BSL translation alongside Powerpoint slides and website materials would greatly improve accessibility and engagement for the deaf community.”
