“The content was presented in a way that was easy to understand and take in. The module was easy to complete in stages when time was available. There was no need to complete in one go.”

“Very efficient. Very informative. Would have given 5 stars but it says it takes 2 hours. It actually took me longer. Also there are more than 2 things bacteria needs to grow. So hence 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise very good and certificate is instant. Text is clearly pronounced, and images are clear. Love the short questions within each topic. Like the overview of topics covered and the introductions. Very well put together.”

“I honestly cant see the point of this, its cheap and cheerful I suppose. Without being taught face to face and shown how to change a cutting disk specifically on the machines in your workplace theres little or no advantage to the end user. Its ticks a box for the employer but thats about it”

We always encourage learners to supplement online training with practical training, as this would allow them to put their knowledge that they learned from this course into practice where they can specialise specifically for their work environment. Online learning has also provided a supplement for training that may not have been able to be carried out properly during the pandemic due to COVID-19 restrictions, and so it offers something that the employer can do that will at least make sure that their employees have some form of training. “It was a very good training, I think it would e great if you could emphasize what the fire warden needs to be able to DO (as opposed to know) during a fire. I am aware that this is taught in the course, but just highlight it more. In the end what's important is how we act when such a problem arises.”
