Hello Shirley, Thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you found the training informative. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to provide via sheets or a booklet because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. We also have to be very careful as if we provided information sheets people could potentially prefer to out of date information in the future and we have a reasonability to ensure this doesn't happen. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “I learnt a lot from this course. However, I was disappointed when the software failed during the assessment. On question 12 I was supposed to pick two answers, but the software would only allow me to pick one answer so I got the question wrong! That was annoying! If it wasnt for that I would have awarded the course 5 stars.”
