“Generally very good. Easy to access, informative, clearly communicated information, with full control over pace and review options. The only difficulty was occasional lag in the loading of the pages and out of sync audio - but that may have been due to my internet connection!”

“Training was fine. However, every time I tried to log in, it would not recognise my password. Each time i had to ask for reset on my password and each time i reset i used the same one, but still it did it. This was rather annoying and time consuming”

Our password system is very case sensitive, and if your password was not being accepted prompting multiple resets, then it is likely that there was a character or space where it shouldn't have been.
