“I thought the whole course experience went quite well. It was well presented and provided a lot of information. I like the fact that it gave mini exercises throughout the course before the actual assessment. The only thing that would say that I didn't like, was that I wasn't able to pause the audio midway through the modules. Each slide, each module, I liked hearing the audio whilst reading the text, which helped me a lot. But when I'm interrupted, eg: if I need to go to the toilet or if the doorbell rings or in my case where I am a nanny and I'm doing the course whilst the children are home schooling and sometimes they need my attention, I'm not able to stop or pause the audio. So I am having to miss the whole slide, then when I need to continue, I have to restart the whole slide again by going back to the previous and then clicking on next to where I was and listen to the whole slide again until I reached where I actually left off. It's a bit of an inconvenience because it makes doing the course longer than expected. So I think it would really help to have the function of play/pause and stop available when doing these courses. That is the reason why I rated 4 out of 5 and not 5.”

Whilst there are no time limits on the course, and you can stop and start as you please, I can understand the need to pause the audio despite it reading what text is already on there. The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety legislation.
