“Useful information, clear and precise. Some modules were longer than others. Gained more understanding which I believe will help as a professional. I particularly enjoyed watching the short video clips. Happy to have completed the course. Whilst completing the assessment, it would have been helpful to refer back over the modules.”

“Thorough training in food safety & hygiene. As with most online training it can get a bit tedious. I learn better in a face to face situation but having said that, this is a great way to receive training in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace should you wish it!”
