“It was very helpful. I was able to reflect on the possibility of separating my emotions from negative situations that can be happening with a child or student. I also understand better, that the aggressive behaviour displayed by a student is not necessarily towards me, so am able to support them better. “The course was accessible and well presented. I liked having the option of a reader speaking through the points. I liked being able to click back and forth to review things that I hadn't understood previously. The marking of the assessments as you go is also a good feature, with immediate correction of incorrect answers to promote further learning. I would have liked to see an option to change the front size of the information in the course without having to zoom in an out.”
