“I took a chance on this agency having never used them before; I found their material accessible, informative and succinct. “Thanks. It's been many many years since I did a level 3. I definitely needed to do the training again. ( Refresher) As became apparently clear, as I worked my way through the modules. As many things have changed. For the better, I may add. I found your training thorough and simple to follow. The assessment questions were also easy to understand. Your telephone staff were very helpful too. Happy customer yea!!”
