“Possibly the worst training i have ever had. It took so long I had to walk around the room as to not get DVT in my legs from sitting for so long. Didn't "learn" much as it was so long an boring. I passed by trial and error.”

Our courses are very in-depth and cover a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! We try and design our courses to be engaging, thorough and challenging, but we are always looking to improve! “Very clear and well done. Plenty of very informative sessions and materials to refer to. Thumbs up! One only thing: The user experience could benefit of a pause and restart button during the slide. Because if for any reason you want to restart the slide either you go to the next or to the previous one and then click to go back or forward to reach your slide. (my apologies if I missed how to do this). Anyway, as per above, this is a minor improvement and the course is excellent. Thanks!”
