“It was fast and easy to follow. However the last question of the level 1 food and hygiene assessment has two possible answers. Headache and stomach pains are a symptom of food poisoning. But it said I got it wrong because I put headache”

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am glad you found the training fast and easy to follow! I can appreciate how there could be different answers about symptoms of food poisoning, and whilst you are correct in saying a headache is a symptom, the question asks for a ‘A typical symptom of food poisoning’. The answer here is stomach ache, as stomach ache is directly caused by food poisoning but a headache is a by product of another symptom, e.g. feeling dehydrated. “Pressed the wrong box on two occasions and couldn't go back to correct, annoying. Did the test on kindle, box too small, need to do it on a computer, my fault.”

“The role DSO needs updating to DSL”

Hello Jane, Thank you for your review! I have looked into this with our Product Team and have found that both DSO and DSL titles are used, but in schools is referred to as the 'Lead'. As our course isn't specific to Education, we decided that Designated Safeguarding Officer would cover all sectors.
