“As far as online training goes, this was pretty good. It didn't feel like it had been 'dumbed-down', or overly simplified, and managed not to be patronising either (like online training often is). It'd be stretching the truth to say I enjoyed it, but I wasn't bored and it felt genuinely like a productive use of my time.”

“Although the first three modules could be just for junior to mid level management, the rest of the modules were for all levels of management. Very interesting mix of modules and everyone undertaking the course could learn something from it.”
