“I was able to complete the training online and it only took me between roughly 3 hours to complete along with the assessment. I have received a digital copy of certificate already and paper copy should arrive within 1 working day.”

“i liked that it reminded me important information and that it gave me new information so by doing the course every 3 years it refreshes things in your mind and keeps you confident working in the food industry as a chef. I also liked the fact i can do it online and get results quickly thank you.”

“the length and pace, being able to hear the words read out, the clear layout and sections, being able to see how far you have got and having everything saved up to date if your internet abruptly closes or you have to leave quickly. I did not like seeing that the job advert (in the section about creating a successful job advert) was American as the amounts were in dollars. It should reflect the UK as the training refers to British laws and practise”
