“I first paid for and applied to do this course a year ago and with Covid haven't had chance to complete it. Obviously I forgot the password and needed to email yourselves for the reminder. The response was swift and correct. The course itself was clear and concise Thank you”

“I've ended up with 2 logins after purchasing 2 courses at the same time. This now means that I don't get to have a central place to keep all of my courses. Why would I care about continuing to use your particular training company if I've already got a disjointed login/account experience.”

Hi James, thank you for your review and feedback! When you purchase multiple courses online, the system doesn't know whether you are purchasing for an individual or for multiple people, so it creates a separate set of login details for each course. It’s no problem to merge your courses into one account and I will send you an email just to confirm you are OK for me to go ahead and do this for you.
