“This was a really useful and easy-to-follow course. It explained time management in a clear way and provided practical tips that can be applied straight away in the workplace. “Good course, informative content with useful resources and excellent presentation from guest speakers. (My 2nd course from High Speed. It is good that there is the option to have the slides read aloud. This can be turned off. The slides can be sped up. A criticism is that the delivery even in fast is too slow and it would be good for faster readers if they could click through the slides to suit their own pace perhaps add a few extra assessments to ensure that the content is viewed and absorbed. The food handling certificate was painfully slow and difficult to endure it's good to see their has been some improvement here for the delivery. I am not sure if they would be my first choice provider. Otherwise put a specified time to complete before beginning I was advised this would take 20 minutes and it has been several hours just to get through the slides.) That said this course was good and an worthwhile training and I can recommend it for its thorough content. If they can resolve the speed issue I would consider using them again myself in future.”
