“Really great course and would recommend. My only suggestion maybe adapt for veg / plant based businesses, some of the content is not applicable, ie, defrosting a chicken.”

“Very good and comprehensive covering all the possible injuries. Having previously completed First Aid training courses there were 2 pieces of information which I could not remember hearing or seeing mentioned. They are: 1- When asking someone to the emergency services on 999, ask them to return and confirm they have contacted the emergency service. 2- When carrying out any First Aid on patients including moving them especially when unconscious, i.e. looking in their pockets or removing clothing, always speak to the patient and tell them what you are doing.”
