“I am quiet shocked that they are supposed to train people with things like Equality & diversity and so other training courses, yet they used a muslim lady photo in a course for FGM and Forced marriage. now forced marriage might be an asian cultural thing but it is not an islamic traditions and that is a an error. Also FGM is a practice most popular in Orthodox Christian countries like Ethiopia and Eritrea. FGM is considered an african culture practice not a muslim religious practice. would suggest you take some training in equality and understanding cultures properly so you do not end up in framing or stereotyping incorrectly people who are different to you. it is also a good practice to hire people from other cultures or include them in your work before you imply any false image. Thank you”

“I found it very informative and interesting but the voice over was a distraction as my reading speed was faster that her reading speed, there should be some way of turning it off;”
