“I found the style of the presentation to be very monotonous - reading a powerpoint (and hearing it read) is not conducive to learning. The presentation should be much more interactive with ongoing questions, the use of video clips etc.”

“Lot of "bookwork" style slides but very professionally brought together in the MCQ at the end. Which was tough but fair. Chas Allsopp, a senior carer in the Blossom Care Group.”

“The modules were well set out and could be easily digested although I believe there should have been a test after each module rather than at the end of the entire course. Also the test questions were not testing enough in my opinion.”
