“THE COURSE WAS VERY GOOD, EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND NAVIGATE. MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WAS WELL UP TO DATE. THE EXAMPLES USED TO DEMONSTRATE BAD PRACTICE AND HOW THEY INFLUENCED CHANGES TO LEGISLATION WERE VERY HELPFUL.”

“The High Speed Training Was really good as it was in a pace I could manage. There was a lot to learn but it was relevent to the food industry enviroment. It would be really good for a booklet to be able to gain more confident in what I've just learnt to keep the information fresh and have update hygiene practise. Thank you for your help.”
