I waited almost 2 months from my package to come in and when it came in it was delivered to the wrong house. I called customer service the gentleman was so rude and could care less. He refused a refund and refused to help me find the package told me to go start driving around and find it. I will never ever do business with them again

I think the delivery service is draconian I don’t think I’ve had a service so slow in the modern era. It says 8 and I can tell you if you get in 8 days your doing really well No thanks

1. The items ordered took to long, contacted them and asked to cancel my order. It was denied. 2. Received my order went to an H&M store to make a return/exchange. Not one associate acknowledged my presence. 3. Online chat agent ended the chat mid-conversation.

I ordered some children clothing online on Sept 28, today is Oct 17, waited for 19 days still not shipped. I asked to cancel and refund of my order but they declined my request. I am still waiting for my order!!! Never buying from H&M again. It’s my first time and LAST time to buy online from H&M.

I made a order thru the website for the FIRST AND LAST TIME. They said 7-15 business days. We are on day 14 and I called to see where the heck is the order and they said they can still ship tomorrow on the last minute of the last day. Like seriously. Never ever this happened to me before in any store and I’m a Avid online shopper. I even forgot for a while about the order but my husband actually remind me and I was like omg that’s true never got that..... Never buying from h&m again. Ordered on September 27 now it’s October 15!! And it wasn’t even shipped yet....

Worst store ever! Wait a whole entire month to process and the clothing are still at the warehouse. Rather shop at old navy. They will ship the product out within a day. I will never shop at H & M again. Imagine shop for Christmas presents. You will probably get the gifts next year! Smh! The customer service and Manager is so rude and unprofessional. There are no cancel button. They basically forcing you to buy it and just wait for months.

Do not order from them. I placed an order September 16th and still have no received it. Horrible customer service, you cannot even contact them via email.

Extremely cheap company, my US$15 order was marked as delivered but the package never showed up. They refuse to give you a refund or a replacement, the cheapest company I've ever dealt with in the US!

Fraudsters ! This is a genuine review. I wanted others to know about this. It has got mental anguish and frustration. Even after 40 days no refund. Even after many emails and phone calls they are not budging. I have multiple times checked the bank-account number which I have given them just to ensure I have not made a mistake. Also I have checked my bank balance to ensure it has not been credited. Upon asking them they ask for my bank statement with all transactions. They say they will transfer the money in 30 days. Why do they need 30 days? They are fraudsters delaying payment to make 1 month interest money. Hand in glove with the bank. On top of that now they are trying to get my bank statement which has details on my other transactions which probably they plan to sell to other e-commerce sites and make more money. So looks like clothing is just an excuse. This is a serious issue - not only of cheating but also a possible use of bank statements for other purposes. I am going to make a police case. Threat to society.

To be honest the clothing is cute but not worth the struggle. I put the wrong address for my delivery and called 2 hours later to change or cancel it because there is no way I could get it from my old address. Unlike any other company they couldn't help me because apparently they can make changes or cancellation within an hour only. So I have to sit and wait for a shipping email so I can contact a delivery company and redirect a package which I have to pay for after I already have paid for delivery to H&M.Damn! I mean I think it's easier to get a driver license than get any help from H&M.Thank you and will be spending my money elsewhere

They don't even deserve 1 STAR!! Purchased online, paid for next day shipping. ordered delayed, then never got it. They won't give a refund. said to wait 1 month. worst "manager" I've ever spoken to on the phone. what a rip off of a company and waste of my time.

Very disappointed by the policy of not doing price match online or helping the costumer in required dress! Poor costumer service! (I was told two different stories from two different people) Made me waste time by going to store 4 times for one dress 50% which got out of stalk from store but was still available online and their stubborn policy for not shipping it to store for costumer! Also not providing the sale price as store. Original price $39.99 Some stores selling it for $15,22,24 Stil cheaper than original price.

Most cheap company which i had see in USA, Respect for this company came down for 0!!!! never will online purchase from them again NEVER!!!! they late my package for 2 weeks, tracking number says that returned to Sender, i called them, they telling me that i need to wait 1 month more for investigation. All other NORMAL and respectful companies not working like this! this is very cheap friends very cheap!

Order ID: #13549081692 Date of Order: 9th June, 2020 Items Ordered: Item 1: Art No: 0860663002010 Item 2: Art No: 0697564011019 Total Payable Amount: Rs1773(Paid) Mode of Payment: Card Estimated Delivery date(EDD): 6-13days as per H&M Standard delivery policy Current Order Status: In Progress(means not yet shipped) Country: India Directly reach out to me via checking the account details via H&M and contact me on the provided number or email. This is an escalation regarding the above mentioned Order. As per the delivery policy I should have received the order on or before 22nd June, 2020 which is not the case. Considering the pandemic situation that we are facing I understand that there can be delays regarding the same so lets add 5-6 more days to the EDD, which then becomes 27th/28th June, 2020 which is two days ago, but presently the order is still in Progress and not yet shipped. Things that I tried from my side: 1. Contacted the customer service via chat('4 times'), every-time I got NADA. 1st contact: They said that the order is in process and will be shipped in few days 2nd contact: They said that the order is in process and due to less staffing and this pandemic it will take some more time. On both the instances I was never informed about a estimated date, which I can say that you are doing business without a SLA 3rd contact, 26th June, 2020: Your agent named 'DINESH' promised me a call back on Monday 29th June, 2020 and also informed that he has raised a complaint. However, I never received this call. 4th contact, 29th June, 2020: Your agent 'SANJAY' was clueless about the situation and was not able to provide any further help, when I asked to connect me through to his leadership he told me that no members from the leadership is available and all are engaged with some work when I requested for a callback, after waiting for an hour on an active chat thread, I got a call from 'SIDDHART' and he told me that my order will be shipped today i.e. on 30th June, 2020, and also stated that I will get a email about the conversation we had within 24hours and at present there is no such information about the same, so I believe this was again another false statement in order to get rid of the case. 5th contact, 30th June, 2020: I tried to call on the number 0008000501633 and was on the queue for 3:00:00 after which the call got disconnected and never got a chance to talk to an agent I also tried from other number with the same results. PS: My statements are not false statements like you so you may validate via auditing the chats internally I have numerous screenshots to help you verify Scenario 3 4 and 5. H&M being a brand of high standards with Total assets US$11.139 billion (2016) Total equity US$6.919 billion (2016) THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE YOU PROVIDE, which is unacceptable. A basic expectation for a buyer is when I place an order and pay for it I am supposed to receive it, if there is delay I should at least be aware of the situation and know the estimated time frame. PS: Amazon is providing deliveries within 3-5 days "in this PANDEMIC as well" Other carrier services are providing delivery within 7 days, so I am really not sure about the service you big shot brand H&M is providing and disgracing your customers. I hope someone will look into this and will get back to me. Regards

I have no problem with H&M not about the quality or delivery but about the discount codes and staff behavior. once i had discounted code of 150€ on my account but it was withdrawn again because they said we mistakenly added this to your account but hope they try to solve their technical problems Or in France the girl who worked as a cashier didn't use the discount code for me because I'm not French while I live in France and i use French account. I little became disappoint by their behavior to their customers but still i love products of H&M.

H&M has very poor customer service. They don't exchange an item without a bill. I've shown them my debit card details. A guy and a girl at the bill counter said it can be anyone. How we can trust the debit card or bank details. Also, the item was with the tag. They don't even trust their customers. Ridiculous exchange policy. Very disappointing.
