Hello, Today I received the worst Customer Service in my life in one of your branch in Wood Greenin kids section.The staff was to busy to having conversations between each other that they didn't even bother to say Good morning!!!! Drear H&M please give more training to your staff about good manners!!

I am literally fed up with the terrible customer service provided by H&M and this is my 4th order with them. My first 2 orders was to be delivered to my flat and their delivery courier service apparently "attempted deliveries" for both the orders. I was at home and not even once the buzzer rang for the courier guy to enter the apartments or an attempt made to call my number after repeatedly informing the customer service that I am at home and they can try all options possible. Fine, never mind and I was refunded both the orders. The customer service agent over the phone advised another option to use the parcel shop service where MyHermes can drop my parcel and I would just need to collect it which sounded great. Now this is my 4th order with H&M where I am trying to get it delivered to the Parcel shop. After waiting for a week, numerous phone calls with the customer service and "full investigation"launched my 3rd parcel was claimed to be lost. Now again I am in a similar situation with my 4th order where I had requested the customer service colleague to reorder so that I don't make any mistakes while ordering it to the Parcel shop, which was asked to be delivered next day. 2 days have gone by and H&M has no clue what is happening with the Parcel and again "launched a full investigation". I am fed up of their ridiculous customer service and have no hopes of receiving this parcel as well. All I want is my order and not the easy way out of a refund - I am 9 months pregnant and not in a state to run to the store where half of the things I ordered are unavailable. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing from H&M where they have absolutely no control over the delivery service!!

HM use Hermes as a delivery service who are the absolute worst delivery service I have ever come across. I am still waiting for a delivery for an order placed over 10 days ago!! Hermes will not deal with me direct as the order was placed via a retailer. HM have claimed to call and leave messages, yet the right address details were not given and they have not delivered since. Hermes have claimed to make several delivery attempts, none of which have been true as I have been home the entire time. They have claimed to deliver and when queried the package was at their depot. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID ALL DELIVERIES, HM dont use another courier!

Fraudsters ! This is a genuine review. I wanted others to know about this. It has got mental anguish and frustration. Even after 40 days no refund. Even after many emails and phone calls they are not budging. I have multiple times checked the bank-account number which I have given them just to ensure I have not made a mistake. Also I have checked my bank balance to ensure it has not been credited. Upon asking them they ask for my bank statement with all transactions. They say they will transfer the money in 30 days. Why do they need 30 days? They are fraudsters delaying payment to make 1 month interest money. Hand in glove with the bank. On top of that now they are trying to get my bank statement which has details on my other transactions which probably they plan to sell to other e-commerce sites and make more money. So looks like clothing is just an excuse. This is a serious issue - not only of cheating but also a possible use of bank statements for other purposes. I am going to make a police case. Threat to society.

Horrendous service...... In fact there is NO SERVICE...... 2 emails sent and NO response disgusting will never shop there again!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered online and put in a discount code which it said had applied but hadn't so emailed customer service because the queue was too long on the phone and it took them 3 days to reply then couldn't do anything for me.so I called customer services and still couldn't do anything. There's no such thing as customer service at home and m they do nothing for you. Pointless!

Given that h and m are such a successful company I don't understand why their deliveries service is so poor. No other online shopping service is this bad. Firstly I ordered everything and my payment for the items went through..then 2 days later i get an email from h and m telling me that 2 of the items I had paid for could not be delivered as they were out of stock. I went online to check this and only one of the items was actually out of stock. My clothes arrived today (within 5 days of ordering so cannot complain about speed of delivery) but one of the tops I had paid for wasn't in there at all, despite being listed on the invoice and instead h and m had sent me a plain grey tshirt which i definitely did not order, in a size which i definitely would not have chosen. I don't understand how their customer services and deliveries can be so poor, they clearly have the means to make it as good as asos or topshop or mango yet they choose to skimp and it really shows how poor they are compared to everywhere else. If you can, go buy in store. They are not worth the hassle online.

Ordering from H&M is hit and miss as to whether or not you'll actually receive your order. Twice now I have ordered suits and they have not arrived. Just lost in the mail. When I called today to find out where my order is that I ordered on 4-11-23, the rep had zero clue and offered a refund. Then I was told I wouldn't receive a confirmation of my refund until it had been processed, within 3-5 business days. I always receive a refund/return confirmation from other companies immediately. Everyone knows it takes longer to receive the refund in your bank, but the confirmation of it having been processed you should receive right away. H&M has terrible customer service and shoddy order follow through.

Now after 15 days I am told that the warehouse team is saying that they didn’t receive my 5 other items which were returned also on 12/12/22 but they received only 1 item so refund of only 1 item will be made. The courier guy from Bluedart is wearing the leggings or the ware house guy. That’s how charity happens in Christmas.

Sooo disappointed! I placed an order for 2 items last night. This morning I received a text message that H&M had everything 20 percent off. I called customer service to see if I could cancel my order and reorder today in order to receive the discount. I was politely refused. I am a member but for time convenience I checked out as a guest so now if I were to reorder for the discount I would have to pay for the return of the original order. They said I could return it to a store however, I live 5 hours from any H&M store and do not plan to be travelling there anytime soon!! There was little I could say, it was not the customer service reps fault, she was only following protocol. I certainly will question purchasing online with H&M in the future!!

H&M Newbury over charged me for a jumper. The girl asked me if I was paying in cash, I said yes. She told me it was £35 and so I paid not realising until later the receipt said £20! I went back to demand my money back but I had no proof and no one gave a monkeys. Called customer service, again, couldn't care less. AVOID H&M NEWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!

I bought two pairs of trousers, one pair wore through in a couple of moths, the other pair I tried to take back. I swapped them but had to pay £10 for trousers that were the same price. Realising I had been rooked, I tried to get a full refund they only refunded me the price of the original. Scammed me out of £10.

OMG went to H&M Cambridge 26/03/22. In the changing rooms it seemed there were a new starter and she were working hard . The other one she kept checking the changing area behind the curtain when ever a customer left she looked like a hunter never smiled the way she worked made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will not be visiting this store again .

Horrible... the worst!! Drove 30 minutes to the closest HM to return a pair of $18 pants and had the receipt and the pants with tickets on. They refused bc I did not have the credit card with me that I purchased them on! I said ok ...well there is a bar code at the bottom of receipt, don't you scan the barcode (like a million other stores do and don't need the card)?? NO. Ok, can I have a store credit then. "NO. We can't take them back!!" Never had such horrible and abusive service to return a pair of shitty $18 pants (quality was awful). WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. BUT WILL DEF SHOP ZARA WHO ACTUALLY HAS GREAT PRODUCT AND A "CUSTOMER FIRST" RETURN POLICY. ps. The HM manager was awful too....just kept repeating "read the back of receipt". Thanks so much for the worst customer service I have ever received.

Only reason 1 star was given because you have to pick a star. Otherwise, it would have been zero star. Mall of America store is really bad for customer service. Went there in the evening and asked for assistance, which the staff didn't want to look for the item. Instead she told me they didn't have it, which was a lie because I walked around the store and I found it. Then I told the manager about it, which she didn't care either. I also asked the manager to see if there was a bigger size at other stores or online or even on the mannequin which she didn't even wanted to assist. Very inexperience or unmotivated workers there. Won't go back.

WCTH went wrong..haven't watched the show since HM pulled a bait and switch...they broke my heart...HM went another direction instead of family friendly TV which is what I thought they were

H & M's selling procedure in the Philippines leaves much to be desired. In the USA, online companies are required to inform customers of their rights and limitations during the process of selling. I placed an order worth more than Ten Thousand pesos and got charged for custom duties and taxes applicable to the order's total value. When checking with an unsympathetic and uncouth customer service person, they referred me to their delivery policy in fine print that orders more than Ten Thousand pesos is taxable. They should have warned me before I checked out. Also, I have placed one-time orders for the dame value and more at other online sites and without being subjected to taxes. Very disappointed with H & M. I have removed my account permanently with them. My staff of more than 200 and who regularly order are also permanently removing their accounts from H & M. H & M , GOOD RIDDANCE!
