Sooo disappointed! I placed an order for 2 items last night. This morning I received a text message that H&M had everything 20 percent off. I called customer service to see if I could cancel my order and reorder today in order to receive the discount. I was politely refused. I am a member but for time convenience I checked out as a guest so now if I were to reorder for the discount I would have to pay for the return of the original order. They said I could return it to a store however, I live 5 hours from any H&M store and do not plan to be travelling there anytime soon!! There was little I could say, it was not the customer service reps fault, she was only following protocol. I certainly will question purchasing online with H&M in the future!!

Sizing is very inconsistent, to the point where its super frustrating to keep driving back to return stuff. Same label, different revision of item, different fit. Not to mention they closed their fitting rooms for months while they remained open. I've found some of my favorite clothes over the years here, and the rest is just horrible sizing. They claim it's based on "European Sizing", so that's their excuse for the US = sizing not fitting at all. They get their clothing made in 10 different countries. No wonder they all fit differently. PS You do not need to email the company to verify my order down below. Seriously? I've been shopping here for years.

I am not happy with H & M especially with the bad experience that I had at Erin Mills. I was there on March 12th at about 5pm and the Manager was so rude and arrogant. She had no empathy for her customer and had very bad customer service skills. I wanted to exchange a sweater for a smaller size that was given to me as a gift in December. Due to the Pandemic, the store was closed and had just opened. She refused to exchange as she claimed that there was no tag. I am not sure what was the point of having a gift receipt then. When I called Head Office to complain, the associates there were not helpful at all and were confused with their own policy. This experience had left me with such a bad impression and I will make sure that my family will also not shop there. The Manager was only concerned with the company's sales but not the customer who is the one who provides business to them. This is the worse customer service I have ever had experience. I hope that the Manager of this store will be addressed and training provided to her so that she can be a better Manager the next time.

I have no problem with H&M not about the quality or delivery but about the discount codes and staff behavior. once i had discounted code of 150€ on my account but it was withdrawn again because they said we mistakenly added this to your account but hope they try to solve their technical problems Or in France the girl who worked as a cashier didn't use the discount code for me because I'm not French while I live in France and i use French account. I little became disappoint by their behavior to their customers but still i love products of H&M.

H&M home offers a great range of products with loads of different styles. The prices are pretty reasonable and although the quality isn't amazing, they offer good value for money. I got free standard delivery with my H&M account and products arrived quickly and in good condition.

J'ai déjà commandé sur ce site les produits arrivent aux bonnes dates rien à redire seul bémol c'est qu'il ne faut pas comme Zara où on peut ramener les articles achetés sur le net en magasin

Fast delivery but problem when returning items. Tracked it back to them but still no refund after 2 weeks. When phoned up they still had no record of return.good job I kept post office tracking number which showed it had been received by them. Customer service were very polite though and did eventually sort it out.

Hm is Ok..their sizing is kinda hit and miss but what annoys me more is the extremely stuck up attitude of one staff member in the bromborough store. We walked to an empty till she walks to the next one and doesn't say she's on that till or smile or interact in anyway other than to.look down her nose at us..no hello nothing. I then had to take the top back back as it didn't fit and same girl same attitude. . Go and exchange it and bring it back here, not one ounce of friendliness, even my 7 year old son asked why she was so miserable and rude.makes me not want to go back there as I don't particularly enjoy clothes shopping anyway.

This is a bit of a mixed review. I ordered 4 items online, 3 of which were sale items. I checked out, paid and received an order confirmation of having purchased these 4 items. I received a shipping confirmation email 2 days later which had an attached e-receipt that I did not look at at the time. I think all is fine and my parcel arrives promptly within the 2-3 days stated delivery time. On opening the parcel I see that one item is missing and though has been listed on the enclosed invoice, has not been charged. I checked online to see if the missing item went out of stock - the exact item I wished to order in my size was still available. I contacted customer services via email explaining I could not understand what had happened, and they replied that there would have been a lot of activity regarding that item and that items are not reserved in your basket until you checkout. However I did check out and was 'charged' the full amount for the 4 items I ordered, all 4 were listed on my confirmation email and it did not say that any of the items had become unavailable. I have shopped online in many stores and whilst I have encountered the problem described to me by cutomer services; that an item becomes unavailable during checkout, this was not the case for my order. I received a voucher code for free delivery so I could reorder the item and an additional 10% discount. Whilst happy with the outcome and prompt reply from customer services, this experience makes me wary from buying from the store again. I want to be informed that items are unavailable before my parcel turns up so that I have the opportunity to choose an alternative. I am yet to receive the second order I placed and hope that I do not encounter this same problem.
