“i have been a customer for many years but lately I hardly find anything which attracts my attention any more. in addition the collection and subsequent return service was a nightmare. once the return has been processed i will ask for my account to be closed. never again do i want to shop at Hobbs again”

“I popped into Hobbs to pick up the Shoes, to have a browse too. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Happy for me to try the shoes on before I took them home. Just wanted to make sure they were comfortable.”
