“We wrote about the service we received and having returned form the show room, Jack continued to keep in touch and assist. Unfortunately, we can't proceed, table fits but cueing space just isn't there! Other half is beyond gutted!”

“Arcade Pro Mercury 3442 … Met with Charlie to have a trial of the dining pool tables. Have settled hopefully on McQueen table just got to wait for the dining room extension to be built now so that we can make sure the table fits comfortably. Whilst I was at the showroom I noticed among many great items the Arcade Pro Mercury 3442 had a little trial on it loved it that much ordered one as soon as I got home, received it within a couple of days and already had many hours of playing arcade games from youth. Excellent company to deal with thank you Charlie speak again soon.”

“Visited today and met with Jack, we viewed the Visconti American pool table and also the Huntsman. Jack was knowledgeable about both and gave us a wide range of options of how to build our table. We just need to check the 7ft American fits, if not then it's the Huntsman!”

“My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was keen to find a table with a short lead time and Rob walked me through my options and guided me in respect of the extra's. He listened to my requirements and we have exactly what we wanted, a 1st class table delivered by a professional company with very little waiting time. Highly recommended.”

“From placing the order right through to asking a query after receiving the item it's been nothing short of fantastic service. The fact that it was around 8pm and I had a random question about the machine and someone was available to answer it just shows the high level of service this company provides. I can't say enough about them. Anyone looking on their site wondering or concerned, don't be.”

“Booked an appointment to the showroom to have a look at some cues - pleased I did, ended up getting myself a bargain. Spoke to Tom who sorted me out. Tables and showroom is pretty decent too!”

“Absolutely fantastic. Bought a foldable 7 foot pool table, arrived 3 days later, very securely packaged snd great communication on delivery. Pool table is of excellent quality with full set of balls and accessories. Looks great, hours already spent thoroughly enjoying. Would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Order Number 105457 I ordered and bought a Crown Two Piece Peradon Cue back in September, so I have now been using this cue for 6 months which is a great time period to write a review of this cue and the customer service at Home Leisure Direct. Firstly I would like to comment on the customer service as this is what I noticed first about the company. Extremely professional and straight forward. Any questions I had would be answered to a high standard while also keeping the conversation in a relaxed state of flow. Which is a skill some retail workers can struggle with. I felt very relax and confident in the knowledge and experience Home Leisure Direct offered. Once I was happy with my selection of cue we concluded our conversations and the deal was done. Six months later, the cue feels exactly like the first time I used it. The quality of wood used is still at full expectations and I use the cue at least twice a week for 3 hours on each day. I have no issues or problems with the cue and it has done me proud in winning a few tough frames in various tournaments or competitions around Bristol. I would highly recommend Home Leisure Direct to anyone looking for any new products or knowledge that Home Leisure Direct specialises in.”

“The team at Home Leisure Direct are great, from the booking into the showroom during covid, the help and advice given when choosing a pinball machine right up to the overcheck of the table before it was delivered and the communication throughout, I can't fault it. The delivery guys were fast and efficient and gave us a run down on looking after it and what what. All in all a very pleasant experience.”
