“Very professional company with excellent customer service staff who gave helpful advice regarding the size of table best suited for your room space. The men who came to install my pool table were very friendly and extremely efficient and the table was installed and ready to go in about 45 minutes. They also gave me useful advice on how to look after the table in the years ahead. Very pleased and I would recommend.”

“From the initial email to the delivery of our shuffleboards and pool table the service from Home Leisure has been outstanding. Given the current economic climate there were a few delays with some parts of our order but we were kept informed throughout. We dealt with Ben and his service was spot on. The showroom is stunning and the products they sell are superb. I must also mention the delivery and installation guys! On both occasions they were professional and genuinely good guys, a real credit to the company!”

“We had seamless service from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our product. The pool table is very well constructed and feels of superior quality. Installers Chris L and Chris H were particularly helpful in explaining to us how to look after the table and what to do if anything goes wrong. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone. “Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The show room was exceptional and the advice provided was also great. The pool table arrived within the timescales promised and the delivery went smoothly. I am in love with the dinning pool table and would definitely recommend. We were also sent some additional items free of charge on request, amazing service.”

“I received my pool/dining table yesterday. It was well packaged and easy to put together. It came with everything I needed to get started. I can honestly say that I think this may have been my best purchase ever!!!!! Myself and my children have played it virtually non-stop since we built it - and I am currently the undefeated champion!!! I can highly recommend Home Leisure Direct and want to say a huge thank you for having such an amazing, affordable table. A very, very happy customer 😊”

“I don't often leave reviews for people but after the excellent experience that I had from Home Leisure direct,I felt I needed to. Fantastic service from them from start to finish. Initially contacted them through chat and was advised about availability and was told they would call me back as soon as they had stock. Called me a week later with news of the table I wanted and let me place my order on the phone.I was advised that delivery would be 4-6 weeks but the table was delivered and installed in just over 3 weeks. The delivery drivers were amazing.They had a very awkward route to where I wanted the table and they carried it through and installed it all very quickly without a word of complaint.The guy that installed it was really knowledgeable and advised me on things that I hadn't even considered. The level of service I received from my first contact up until the table was installed was amazing and everyone I spoke to was a credit to the company. You rarely get service this good any more, so it felt good to be made to feel like I was important as a customer. I really can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I would highly recommend Home Leisure to you. Their customer service was excellent and kept me updated through a period of limited pool table supply. When the table arrived the guys who installed the table were superb. They set the table up and spent the time to explain how to maintain the table and get the best out of the product. 5* rating! Michael Saunders”
