“I ordered a pinball machine online in January 2021 and was instantly greeted by excellent customer service (I mainly dealt with Rob A). They didn't have the machine I wanted so retained a deposit and reached out to collectors to see if they could find one - and they did! They did a full service on the machine, upgraded to bits I paid for, and delivered it swiftly without any hassle. The delivery was especially great as they set the machine up exactly as I wanted ensured I tested it and was happy. I would definitely use this company again.”

“I recently purchased an Arcadepro retro games machine. My family and friends love it. From placing the order, Home Leisure direct kept me updated every step of the way. The machine arrived on the stated delivery day, very well packaged. I received a text to advise me of the delivery window and a link for tracking the delivery. I also received a telephone call from the driver to let me know he was an hour away. I am very impressed with both the product and the company.”

“Can not rate this company enough. i purchased the ArcadePro Mercury which is amazing and gives hours of fun when i ordered the machine i had problems with my bank account going through (which was a fault at my end with the bank) so i rang home leisure direct up and they processed the order for me and to my surprise is was delivered the next day which was amazing . Anyone reading this take note they were very helpful 100%”

“Oxford Signature 6ft Oak & Burgundy Bought an Oxford Signature 6ft Pool table in April 2021 and though advised delivery would likely be nearer December, it was actually delivered September 2021. Really pleased with the installation process as didn't have to lift a finger. The guys were on time and polite and helpful. They levelled the table, took me through the after-care and insured everything was understood. Have already played our first competition and it plays beautifully. Beaming smiles all round!”

“Rob was so patient and professional and without doubt helped us choose the perfect table. The fitters were also consummate professionals and did not rush but took as much time as it needed to ensure we were left with a table true and straight and one we have already had amazing fun on, thank you Homes Leisure direct. If you are reading this, don't go anywhere else for your table. They have scores of tables to look at in their warehouse and one will be just right for you and may be they might have your next toy too, pinball machines and so on. Thank you Rob, thank you Home Leisure Direct.”

“Just taken possession of our new pool table today. Really pleased with the quality of the product. The service advisor Rob was really helpful and informative. The choice of tables was so vast but Rob really knew thee products and was able to help me narrow down the right table for our needs.”

“So happy with my table absolutely perfect. Looks great as dining table and plays better than most pub tables I play on perfectly level every shot is pinpoint doesn't roll to any sides. And the speed of the cloth is perfect as well. Cant fault anything about it bar the cover that came free with it, that ripped as soon as the delivery team put it on but as it was green on a grey table I wouldn't have kept that anyway.”

“The delivery drivers were brilliant. The table had to be in a particular place to ensure we had sufficient room and they were happy to spend the time shuffling it back and forth. They were also running late and they telephoned ahead to let us know.”

“great experience. Rob was very helpful during ordering. He answered all my questions for the warehouse clearance pool table I was interested in. Following day I got a call to book in the delivery/install which was faster than expected. No complaints with the delivery/install either. The lads turned up and installed with no problems and were friendly. Table itself is just what I wanted.”

“Purchased the Supreme winner, check the external sizes as there is little difference between the 6ft and 7ft (7ft has a 6 x 3 playing surface) quality excellent and quick install, easy to re level once in position”

“Took delivery of an outdoor pool table last week. We're delighted with it and with the delivery process. Overall, the order took a bit longer to arrive than planned, but they kept us fully informed of what was going on and why. We were in no rush, so it was a lovely surprise when it did turn up. The delivery guys were smashing. Left them to it while they brought it down a fairly tight alley at the side of the house and set it all up. Friendly and professional. Table is super and really, really fast. Has taken us a while to get used to it. Colour is brilliant and looking forward to using it as the occasional dining table too. Great stuff.”

“Whilst not cheap I feel it really is value for money. Been a huge hit with friends and family and I am sure it will get much more use over the years. Table really plays well, looks great and is a great addition to the bar”
