“Ordered end of Feb2020, great info and responsiveness on online chat prior to this confirming some basic info for me. Really useful install and size guidance on website. Showroom staff (Tom) Was soft sell, told us what was available (pool table) for what we wanted gave us time to have a play. Took us through finance options (although we paid full amount). COVID slowed things down so took delivery in June. Install team were great in and out in 45mins. Would totally recommend competitively priced.”

“I would highly recommend this company. Made initial enquiry about a pinball machine and spoke to a very helpful sales manager called Josh. He could not have been more helpful, honest and straightforward with me. He made the whole buying experience an absolute pleasure and filled me the customer with complete confidence regarding quality and price. I would highly recommend this company as the best value and the best quality place to go for home gaming equipment and particularly arcade games – top service and job with a professional and smooth delivery,well done everyone at Home Leisure Direct – thank you!”

“Well it was a long time coming (due to a variety of factors) but when delivered the pool table was expertly and carefully assembled By the most friendly and helpful delivery duo. The table looks even better than I had imagined. Amazing quality and design, really beautiful, we are so pleased with it.”

“Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 months for my pinball machine and the one I initially ordered and paid for had been sold. The website was slow to update this and I only found this out when I rang up to confirm measurements as I knew things would be tight getting it into my house. At the time we were in lockdown and deliveries were a no go, but when you are paying out that much money for a machine, it would be nice for them to contact me more than I contacted them. The delivery lads were excellent and took care getting the machine into my house and respected my house as well. Even when there was a fault with one of the flippers, they stayed around to get it fixed. Would I order from them again, yes I would without hesitation, even though management needs to step up a gear :)”

“The delivery guys were fantastic, got it up the stairs smoothly and perfectly levelled the table in our work office. Its a beautiful table, much better than the pictures. Im thinking of getting a pool table for my house too! Thanks from everyone at Picture Perfect Gallery.”

“Phil and Tyrone arrived today to install my new pool table and I could not be any happier with their work. Totally professional service from all at Home and Leisure Direct. “Nick Just a note to thank you for your service with the pool table at the Assessment Centre (Pirbright). Mitch and Duane were a pleasure to work with. They were patient, polite and professional at all times. In particular, they worked around a busy schedule in order to minimise impact on our daily output. They were good humoured, diligent and flexible, and completed the work to a high standard. In short, they are a credit to your company. Once again, with thanks.”
