“Amazing customer service always great with a smile. Their pro desk is always there so you can pre order your materials and have them ready for pickup. And even if they don't have the product your looking for they can usually inquire where you can go to obtain it.”

“Tyler from plumbing saw that we were waiting in flooring for assistance. He checked in two or three times to make sure we got assistance and then took the time to make sure we got a reduced price for waiting. He was professional and courteous. A good experience in the Somersworth NH store!”

“I see many customers reviewed the store as bad. That is the case where I am going against the public opinion of majority. I don't know company in the US with better customer service than Home Depot. Of course, there are some disadvantages. There are bad and sometimes even rude employees (mostly novices). However most of my visits to this store were more than great. No problems with returns, no problems with parking, no problems with restrooms, no problems with variety of tools available. Again, there are some disadvantages, but let's compare it with other stores. Lowes is overpriced, Walmart is persecuting its own customers (e. g. Walmart blocked my account without reasonable explanation), ACE is harassing customers just because of parking. Home Depot is the store I really love. Among competitors, it is the best. I wish the best to this company.”

“Home Depot has my Vote! They made sure I was Satisfied with the way they handled my situation, I placed an online order and they went beyond customer service, answered all my questions and found an upgrade, of which the Manager approved..Hassle Free 👍 The other company didn’t care nor helped after 2 times of making a purchase.. Home Depot Does Care and has Plenty of People too help with any Situation 😀”

“Home Depot in Palatka, Florida, has an employee in the lumber section that deserves a shout out! His name is Roby. Whenever I come into Home Depot to buy some lumber, he is on point! He is knowledgeable and friendly. He is always eager to help and I look for him when I am there and need help. Keep up the good work Roby!!”

“The ease of making my selection online with store pick up is outstanding. Associates are very good at processing and answering any questions. Product packaging is top quality. Incentives for shopping with the consumer credit card are worthwhile.”

“Ordered a bunch of items online to pick up in store because I wanted to use Paypal. Everything was correct, and since everything was paid for, all it took was a signature and I was out of there. No wait at all.”

“I bought a extreme jack hammer from home depot, i didn't expect much as the tool was well below the cost of Makitas that i have bought in the past. Actually 25% of the cost! The tool in my opinion out worked the 35lb Makita. It has a full metal body so after extended use it did heat up. However for the cost i would recommend, home depot and the extreme jack hammer.”
