“Home Depot in Worcester, MA has the best customer service. Everyone there has a smile on their faces and work hard. I couldn’t believe how nice the two managers Ateve and Alec are. They go above and beyond their job description. Every time my family and I go there we have something nice to say about them.”

“I placed order over phone on 5/26/2022 at The Kannapolis NC Home Depot Store! I was Very pleased with the Customer Service that was provided to me by the Employee who took and received order..Very Polite and Friendly.. Knowledgeable about materials and prices. Went beyond just receiving call and taking order, Employee made sure that I had everything that I needed for My Vinyl Privacy Fence Project. The Employee also showed Me more Good Customer Service and Care by providing me a call back to let me know of My orders progress and when it would be ready for pickup! Employees Name is ( Mimi ) and She works in Customer Service Dept.. I would Highly Recommend if you Need Top Notch Customer Service and Support that You Allow Her to Assist You! She and ALL the Staff, Associates and Team are Awesome and They Raise the Limit on Customer Service and Support! That's Why I Choose to take My Business @ Andy's Lawn and Landscapes / Quality Projects to My Local Home Depot!! Great Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed! Y'all Rock Home Depot!!”

“I purchased a refrigerator from the store in Calgary Alberta on Sarcee Trail NW. The compressor on my refrigerator stopped working so i needed a refrigerator immediately. Jaydeep Prajapati helped me. He was excellent very personable and knowledgeable as well as helpful. He showed me several fridges we talked about my needs and the quaility and characteristics of each unit. He then offered me several choices. Once i chose the unit he was most accommodating in terms of sale. He made my experience with Home Depot very pleasant and stress free. I came away feeling confident with my choice and happy with the price.”

“Went to a Homedepot about 1 hour away, because they had 5 of the kitchen cabinets that I needed in stock.They also had larger quantities of items thst my local Home depot did not.The store that I visited was located in Allentown ,Pa, and when I arrived on this day Friday around 11am I could just about get a parking spot ,this place is hopping . Employees were great ,more friendly, and no trouble at all , helpful kinda people!”

“At first I was very unsatisfied with Home Depot because no one was resolving my issue . For one month I had a washer that didn’t work but after talking with several people I finally got through to the right one. Thanks Andre ! He had my problem resolved within one business day! Try to be patient and keep your cool! No one wants to help someone who is being rude ! Remember there humans too !”

“After many customer representatives trying to help me merge my consumer credit card and the Pro card, Derek in Customer Service was awesome. He was so knowledgeable and patient explaining things. He found the problem and corrected it. What an asset to Home Depot! He should be a spokesperson for HOME DEPOT. THANK YOU Derek so much!”

“I’ve been very happy with Home Depot. There customer service department is awesome. They are fast, friendly, and happy to help make your experience great. I’ve had to return a few products (it was a compatibility problem by the company, not Home Depot). It was seamless. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and are always willing to help out.”

“wow. Great. After bad experience with other online orders, home depot was a relief. I see all these bad reviews, but the people who have good review don't post it. Here's the thing. 1. Get home depot credit card, they will not abuse it like other online co. 2. Have item deliver to store, they can't argue about discrepancies. I am so relief that home depot exist, I trust them. All these other online co., don't care. I keep comments in general, bc I can write a whole page on online nightmare. But I am happy. They don't over charge and they didn't use UPS. They used this freight co. Named Estes-express, and they communicate with you 100%. Home depot will come out on top and I am not paid to say this.”
