“I’d give them 0 stars if I could! The images they post of their website will be different to what you receive and their excuse is it’s hand made. They don’t even arrive assembling anything like the photos online! I’d avoid this website at all cost. A bunch of con artist. They’ll even charge you £15 for returning it. The item has arrive with Poor finished, dodgy paint work and a lot different to the original”

“I wanted to leave a review on here as I bought a mirror from them last week. It was the only one I’d seen like it at a brilliant price. I read the reviews on here and I was cautious. Now I haven’t had to deal with customer service team, but I ordered my mirror just under a week ago so it has arrived today, so about five days which at this current time with Ms Corona is good. It is a fabulous looking mirror. So I wanted to to review that yes some people may have problems but my experience was good. Thank you HomesDirect365 👍🏻WEB131333”

“I ordered the Versailles Mahogany Antique French-style Nightstand, my first order from this company. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. It is a well made item and a lovely shade of Mahogany. I actually ordered it to use a side table in my living room, and it matches nicely with my existing furniture and looks very stylish. A good price too! Am thinking of getting a 2nd one for the hall. Recommended.”

“Would give them zero stars if I could. This company has a business model that doesn't take the customer in to consideration whatsoever. My items were ordered back in March and I still hadn't received them. I'd call up and be told different things each time. Eventually I got so frustrated that I requested a refund on all items. I was told this was processed and I'd see my money back in 10 working days. After this time the money still hadn't been returned. I called up again to only be told, wait 2 more days. This time passed and still no refund. I called again and was told the money has left their account and would show in mine shortly. Guess what, still no money in my account. I'll call again this weekend and update you all with their new excuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMANY. THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF BEING TRUTHFUL”
