I bought the candy oven in Selco
CANDY oven light is not working no heats up no fan is working completely dead i normaly use airfryer oven are only use once or twice a month
How a oven is completely dead in one and half years
I contect the selco and the lady said i report candy they will call you
When the lady call me no manners how to speak with the customer really rude and arrogant 😒 🙄Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE I tell the whole story my oven is completely dead your product is faulty so I want replacement oven or refund she said your warranty is only 1 year it's one and half years we can give you parts but you need to pay for the labour
I said it's more extensive then the oven keep arguing I said I want to speak with your manager she said we don't have Manager that's ridiculous such a big company and dont have Manager so i rise a complain as my experience Don't BUY CANDY PRODUCTS THEY ARE REALLY BAD

“I called but after 30 min listening to garbled piano music, the call got dropped. I tried chatting, no good there either. It seems Hoover goes out if their way to NOT provide customer service. Seriously doubt you'd be able to help anyway since there are no replacement parts available for broken handle on my WH20200. It seems it's made of toy-grade plastic to be so weak and it has not been exposed to UV light or used much at all.. maybe 5 times.”
“We purchased a Hoover Washing Machine on 5th December 2023. Model Number: H6WPB610BCR8-80. Serial Number: 3101987523386117. On 22 April 2024 we reported a FAULT with the machine. A part in the drum has come off and we cannot use the machine. We purchased from Currys but was passed to the manufacturer Hoover. They opened a CASE - Ref 15545816, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They scheduled an Engineer to come out to repair as per the warranty terms but they did not turn up. I called Hoover service after sales today to be told they don't know when they can schedule an engineer. WE WILL NEVER BUY HOOVER AGAIN. What awful customer service and after sales. We have been left with a broken washing machine and they are not scheduling a repair. We will have to take matters further. When purchasing what you think is a trusted brand you do not expect to receive such a terrible experience.”

“Bought a Hoover/Candy washer/dryer in December 2021 and i have had a problem with the tumble dryer ever since. No heat while drying . I have had 8 engineer visits so far and my next one is due Monday 27th March. What do you have to do to get this replaced as it really is unfixable. Thank God i took out Insurance. Will never buy Hoover Products again.”
“Firstly let me start by saying that my rating for the company is 0 stars and not the one I gave in order to allow me to write this review, AVOID this company at all cost, my journey with these started way back in April when the dishwasher I bought,broke after just 5 months, the advisor I spoke with was rude and I quote his reply as “that’s life “ in the solutions he offered, a new dishwasher was finally delivered after many phone calls ,only to not have the correct fitting, the delivery driver could not continue the fitting as they only have a limited amount of tools I was then advised to get myself a carpenter to do the job which I did costing myself 120 pounds even though my dishwasher was still under warranty that was back in April I have still have not received any money or an emails regarding my Claim I have contacted customer service ,there only advice is to email again
This company should be avoided the product is poor and the follow up service even worse”
“Zero stars. In under 2 months the appliance has fused the electrics. Apparently it needs a new PCB or PCP board. How can an allegedly new item break in such a short time? What kind of quality control do they have. Company won’t replace as it’s outside the 28 day period. Elderly lady now living in fear of it and having to use launderette. This company is now owned by a multi-national company based in China. Unsurprisingly being a multi-national they take no responsibility for producing faulty, potentially dangerous equipment.”
“Noisy water valve in the machine. Thump is heard throughout the house. Engineer said it’s a known fault but currently no replacement part has been developed. Asked for refund as the noise is awful. Apparently engineer has completed his report saying nothing wrong with the machine! So going round and round in circles with emails to them, they ignore my questions, will not escalate, appalling service.”
“My Hoover induction hob has been malfunctioning for the past 4 weeks. It will turn itself off or up to maximum heat, which has almost burn my kitchen down and certainly burnt my food if left for a few minutes unattended. Serious safety issue to my home. I logged this with hoover for repair in thier 'ten year warranty', 4 engineer visits later and it's still not fixed. I requested a call back from a manager but now 4 days later no call!!!!! It seems Hoover/ Candy just do not care AVOID HOOVER CANDY APPLIANCES”

“Hoover Candy would not honour their 10 year parts warranty. Made things very difficult for me when trying to claim against this. Made me wait 2 months for resolution and then offered me a washing machine at almost retail price as compensation. Do not buy any Hoover Candy products. If things go wrong you will not get any service from these awful people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!”
“My fridge freezer was purchased in 2021. The evaporator fan has failed three time now. The first time was within a few months of purchase.
We were sold a faulty appliance that has been constantly unreliable. Hoover don't take responsibility, they just pass the issue onto domestic and general who we took out insurance with. The fridge freezer should of been replaced when it was still under guarantee. I will never purchase another appliance from them. Awful company and awful appliances.”
