"Communication was excellent from the moment we made our booking to the moment we left the house.\r\nThe house had everything you could think of needing while staying away for a few days. Everything was so clean and tidy and organised. Really handy for the town centre and the beaches, we were really happy with our choice and would definitely recommend and return."

"The maisonette is of a very high standard. Completely contemporary. All mod cons. Very warm and comfortable.\r\nIt is situated in a very accessible part of Harrogate, for restaurants and shops, near to Bettys. We did enjoy our stay very much. But not allowed in until 4 pm and having to leave by 10:00 am made the time there over two days quite short. The patio area although very nice it also has loose wooden tiles outside the door making it rather dangerous for my elderly mother. I hadn\u2019t realised that there was also a steep staircase to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Fine for fit people. \r\nOverall a lovely place. I would recommend as Harrogate is delightful. The parking also easy with the carpark just outside of the door."

"STAY AWAY\r\nStay Away \u2014 Misleading Listing and Terrible Service\r\n\r\nI stayed at this property for the weekend and paid \u00a3360 absolutely not worth it.\r\n\r\nFirst, the place was incredibly difficult to find. If you\u2019re driving, be warned: there\u2019s no parking available, and they don\u2019t offer any helpful guidance or options either. That alone makes it inconvenient for anyone with a car.\r\n\r\nWhen we finally got inside, the TV wasn\u2019t working but worse than that, there was no WiFi at all. Despite the listing on Booking.com clearly stating that free WiFi is included and available in all areas, we had no internet for the entire stay. It wasn\u2019t even set up or registered with BT. It\u2019s completely misleading to advertise it as an included facility when it\u2019s not functioning whatsoever.\r\n\r\nWhen we contacted the host expecting at least some assistance, we were met with rude and dismissive responses. They tried to refer us to their own website, which includes a disclaimer about WiFi not being guaranteed but this was irrelevant, as we booked through Booking.com, where WiFi was clearly listed as a provided amenity. There\u2019s a big difference between \u201cslow WiFi\u201d and no WiFi at all.\r\n\r\nTo top it off, the check-in and check-out times are unfair. You pay for two nights but get less than 48 hours: check-in is at 4PM on Friday, and check-out is forced at 10AM on Sunday. It feels like they\u2019re squeezing maximum money out of guests for minimal service.\r\n\r\nI wouldn\u2019t stay here again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere. Misleading, poorly managed, and zero accountability."
