“You’ve gone up in price. Most gas stations around here don’t carry your product so it’s a challenge. When I can find it it’s 6.99-7.99 per pack. Also, delivery was delayed a day. For what you charge on shipping you could have overnighted it.”

“I think the pods you sent me were incorrectly labeled "5.0%" nicotine since I've sampled pods of 2.4% and they feel like the ones you sent me. The color of the pods was also off (lighter than what 5.0% pods look like). Can you please check your records and confirm that I received what I paid for (2 4-pod packs of 5.0% nicotine Vuse pods)?”

“I like buying these online, the delivery is fast. 2 things I don't like....the shipping cost and the shipper, FedEx. My package was delivered to another house on an extremely windy day. The package flew to God knows where. The driver should've put it inside the screen door at the very least. I called your Company and I was sent another shipment which I received but I had to sit and watch for the driver for 3+ hours, as the delivery time was anywhere from 10:10-2:10. Waste of my time. Get a different shipper! Used to be UPS, they usually have the same driver in our area. At least I wasn't charged again for the second shipment! Thank you for that!”

“I've never had any issues previously, deliveries have always been prompt. However, this order was supposed to be here a week ago and it still has not arrived. I reached out about the issue and nobody has ever contacted me back!! Very disappointing!!”

“We have ordered several times from "Buy Pods" over the last few years. Unfortunately, they don't stand behind the products they sell. We have had several issues with a faulty product, and we received this reply from them. We sent you store credit via email for the 14 defective pods. You will receive a coupon code via email. However, Vuse is have a quality control issue and we will not be able to credit you if this happens again. We have notify them to advise them of this issue. Our apologies. Have a good weekend. “This order was actually 5 star but rhe one b4 the pods were very dark & when you used them the taste was different & they only worked about1/4 - 1/2 the way down, then the would not work at all. I'm hoping you can send us new pods to replace those. Thank you for your attention regarding this matter. BH”
