“Tired of the price increasing by a dollar and more each time I order. They are almost double what they used to be! Also wish you would go back to USPS. They delivered mich faster”

“This order was actually 5 star but rhe one b4 the pods were very dark & when you used them the taste was different & they only worked about1/4 - 1/2 the way down, then the would not work at all. I'm hoping you can send us new pods to replace those. Thank you for your attention regarding this matter. BH”

“Your delivery is fantastic. But your price has increased nearly $10 and vuse offers no discounts. Need more discounts. Being priced away from you.”

“I am handicapped and going blind. I'm 77 years old. My order shouldn't require a signature on arrival. It makes it very hard for me to order from you. There should be exceptions to the rule. It's is very hard for me to sign for packages that are delivered after dark. Last time I had to find someone else to go to pick it up. Since I don't drive. If it happens again I will not order and if I need a ride to pick it up I may as well go to a local smoke shop instead of mail order.”

“I really prefer the solo vape it's light, cartridge is easy to change and compact. I've noticed the cartridge last less puffs, the price has gotten ridiculous! Your shipping cost is out of price range!”

“Decent service and usual fast shipping. But they're usually out of my favorite vape and I either have to wait or substitute. They need better inventory control!”

“Due to your out of stock “Vibe”, I had to order an alternative. Would be happier if you could keep my choice in stock. Otherwise, I have been pleased with the service!”

“I Live in California, it takes an average of 8 days to receive my order. That is entirely to long. There has to be a better process to get the orders out promptly. I hope to see improvements in the future.”

“Their products are good, delivery are on time. The one issue I have, they had a sale, buy 12 get 3 free. I did this 2x and never got my free juice. I sent a few emails, never heard back. I will probably go elsewhere moving forward. There are plenty of places to purchase vape juice from, but when I didn't receive my free juice, 6 bottles now, o feel like it was bait and switche. A broken promise.”
