“I am handicapped and going blind. I'm 77 years old. My order shouldn't require a signature on arrival. It makes it very hard for me to order from you. There should be exceptions to the rule. It's is very hard for me to sign for packages that are delivered after dark. Last time I had to find someone else to go to pick it up. Since I don't drive. If it happens again I will not order and if I need a ride to pick it up I may as well go to a local smoke shop instead of mail order.”

“I really prefer the solo vape it's light, cartridge is easy to change and compact. I've noticed the cartridge last less puffs, the price has gotten ridiculous! Your shipping cost is out of price range!”

“I Live in California, it takes an average of 8 days to receive my order. That is entirely to long. There has to be a better process to get the orders out promptly. I hope to see improvements in the future.”

“Their products are good, delivery are on time. The one issue I have, they had a sale, buy 12 get 3 free. I did this 2x and never got my free juice. I sent a few emails, never heard back. I will probably go elsewhere moving forward. There are plenty of places to purchase vape juice from, but when I didn't receive my free juice, 6 bottles now, o feel like it was bait and switche. A broken promise.”

“The last two purchases I made the pods came to me a very dark brown color. They had a weird taste and I had to stop using them. This last order came to me looking like they should but I’ve still lost money.”
