“Good product, but ship costs are out of line you charge too much !!”

“I would like you to have more specifications about the ingredients and if the products are being regulated by authority in charge of this kind of products. I like Lava 2 so much but some times I’m afraid of what I’m consuming in this disposable vapes. I have also receive some products with no flavor o empty and did say anything because it’s so frustrating to have to send them back and make all the return process.”

“The price for my Vuse pods has gone up. I was ordering them from BuyPODSNow because of the price and convenience. Now with shipping, the price is the same as buying them at the gas station around the corner. Also, I placed my last order on 5/13/2022 and didn't get any updates about my order until I reached out to your support. I didn't receive my order until today 5/24/2022. I'm probably not going to order from you anymore”

“I’ve had trouble with UPS lately for not leaving my package after I paid $10.99 for next day delivery. They ring the wrong bell and make sign waivers before they leave it. I don’t think it’s fair. Can I leave instructions ??”

“I always bought the Rich Flavor Vuse 5% pods.. Had the problem with Vuse screwing up putting the LOWER percent pods in the 5% pack..now you only sell the 2.4% for the SAME price”

“the products is great but trying to get thru to customer service is close to impossible. I had a shipment go out to the WRONG address, I contacted, left a message since talking to a person seems impossible, and NO one ever took care of that package or got back to me. So lost to some address I do not know anyone at.”

“The Blu product that I received was great. However, the BOOM STICK would not work. I didn't even get to take a draw on it. I know it didn't cost much but its the principal of the thing.”
