“Fast shipping, so happy they ship to the VI BUT I received a box of Rogue pouches instead of Zyn pouches like I ordered. The Rogue pouches are ok, but I'd appreciate it if I'm informed of a product substitution before it ships. Also, some of the pouches were broken open and powder was flowing around the can, but that's more the fault of the package design.”

“It was the product I wanted, however I paid for expedited shipping ($36) placed my order on Friday but did not receive order until following Thursday. My son needed the order and when received the small boxes were crushed. Thankfully product wasn’t damaged”

“The product selection is very good. Timeliness for shipping and updates re: order status is frustrating. In the absolute worst of the pandemic they were beyond amazing and that is the only reason I continue to order. I am hoping that it's a little growing pains and will return to the amazing service it once was.”

“Out of the 8 Hyppe Bars I ordered, one was refunded due to out of stock. And one I recieved was leaking and did not work at all. It was the Cool Melon that was delivered defective.”

“I love all the disposable options and I love receiving my packages!! But last time I was missing two items. Also it was a very long process to approve my order... and I still had to wait like 10 days for my items to come. All in all it took over three weeks. I think the shipping is a little high.”

“The pods did get delivered however the were put behind a can and just by chance found them. Maybe the delivery drivers could send a picture to phone or email of where they put them. Not sure when they were delivered.”

“Your service was fine, the shipping was fine but the shipping fees need to be improved on. You can do better than 30% of purchase being added for shipping. UPS is a overkill.”
