“Pretty good selection and restocks pretty well considering the alternative websites. However, a good amount of certain disposables that i ordered have arrived broken or leaking.”

“The order took over a week to come which is standard I suppose but it was two days later than expected according to the delivery date I was provided. Also, one of the products I ordered did not function properly which was disappointing.”

Robert, I am not sure what you mean by bonus shipping fee? We keep our prices very low and charge only cost for shipping. I apologize you had a slower experience with shipping speeds and unfortunately once the order is in the shipping carriers hands, it is out of our control. We appreciate you ordering with us!

“I'm happy with my purchase but I still am waiting on the delivery. I have been awaiting my hype maxx for over a week, but I know when it gets here it's worth it. I just wish they kept in contact with me because I have been waiting and going without thinking I was gonna be here because shipping was not updated.”

“After ordering 3 candles, I received a email saying they had shipped, only to receive a telephone call saying that they were out of stock Customer server representative that called me was very friendly and he apologized and issued a refund. Just wish their inventory system was better.”
