“Had good luck in the past. However my last order was almost 70.00 and a total waste. I ordered 10 lava vapes 3 different flavors. They all basically taste the same which is horrible and I literally have to take a major draw from them just to even get any flavor. Very disappointed in them and upset over the waste of money.”

“When I ordered from Hotpodz.com I received 2 E-liquids that were the wrong type so I tried calling but there was no answer so I emailed and got a response for a few days later from them wanting more information about my order so I emailed a photo of the liquids that they sent, along with the order showing it was the wrong liquids and I got no response. I then called again and someone picked up and I was able to sort it out with them and hopefully the two correct liquids are showing up this time.”

“The order took over a week to come which is standard I suppose but it was two days later than expected according to the delivery date I was provided. Also, one of the products I ordered did not function properly which was disappointing.”

Robert, I am not sure what you mean by bonus shipping fee? We keep our prices very low and charge only cost for shipping. I apologize you had a slower experience with shipping speeds and unfortunately once the order is in the shipping carriers hands, it is out of our control. We appreciate you ordering with us!

“I'm happy with my purchase but I still am waiting on the delivery. I have been awaiting my hype maxx for over a week, but I know when it gets here it's worth it. I just wish they kept in contact with me because I have been waiting and going without thinking I was gonna be here because shipping was not updated.”
