“After ordering 3 candles, I received a email saying they had shipped, only to receive a telephone call saying that they were out of stock Customer server representative that called me was very friendly and he apologized and issued a refund. Just wish their inventory system was better.”

“Only problem I had was; I made two orders within 10 minutes because I saw other things I wanted to order , and one package came today and the other (the stuff I wanted more) is not and is still in New Jersey , I would’ve thought they would of saw my name on both orders and packaged them together but nope. Other than that, very happy.”
