“It is always correct and on time. It is outrageously expensive. I have a hard time receiving it because I am handicapped and the post office requires a signature,. Sometimes I have to arrange for someone else to pick it up for me because the post office is Has become very unreliable and they male no effort to deliver. I know the post office is the problem. Post office sucks!”

“I have ordered 4 pack pods for a while now. In the last couple of orderes, there has been a pod in a couple of the 4 packs that malfunctions and is not usable.”

“I had forgotten my password and they said at least 3 times they would send a password link to my email. They never did. And somehow I got in using Apple’s Hide My Email and yet they were giving me emails with a tag to make it 12 characters and a nickname. So I bypassed all that and placed my order and went to checkout having checked my address was right. I purchased the pods having uploaded my California ID previously. They sent the order out promptly but the postman just left a note to sign as I was outside trying to get my package. I saw the postman leaving and ran in and chased him down with my ID and his. He got the package. What a hassle. i left some kind of email complaining - they are now getting back to me. The phone number failed! What’s wrong with them? They should have my ID on file and send me a password link.. No real way to talk to them. Very frustrating! Fix your problems Buy Pods Now! it did get here fast, though. Better luck nextime and have my ID that I uploaded!”

“Out of stocks almost every time I order. Sometimes quick shipping, sometimes longer. Overall, I continue to stay so it's acceptable but sometimes frustrating, especially with out of stocks.”

“Quality of products is excellent. Great variety. Prices are good. The only thing I take issue with is poor communication. The company itself sent out emails and the message they sent stated order was shipped. USPS didn't communicate until 4 days later that it will arrive tomorrow after sitting for 5 days in NJ. I WOULD PREFER TO NOT HAVE TO USE THE USPS after numerous negative experiences with them.”

“Store and communication is good. Problem is their prices are too high. When you add shipping I was a couple dollars over what I would pay at any local shop. That's the point of mail order usually. To save money not having to pay the ridiculous local prices. I found a coupon, and it was really just that they carry a juice I was looking for. Saved $3 and got the juice I wanted. I use other mail order sites and I get my order considerably cheaper.”

“Delivery has gotten bad. Order used to be done same evening if ordered in morning. Now it's a day an half. Shipping gets lost or delayed.”

“I'm thankful you still sell these pods but you need to sell the 4 pack as well. Plus, the sales for these pods isn't enough. You also need to keep the units for the pods in all the colors available.”
