“I was paying 155 for my pods and in less then 3 months you raised the price to 195 i was just thinking today how i need to shop around”

“It's been good the last couple times but shipping is a joke, my packages seem to get stuck somewhere for days making a six day delivery take 10 days which is frustrating. My current order has been in one place for 5 days now? I pay a decent amount for shipping so I expect there eta to be close. Good product and pricing or I'd probably only give it a 1 star”

“I placed an order on a Tuesday and I never received any correspondence for 3 days on when or if the order was shipped. After several emails to customer care I was finally informed that they over sold the item I purchased on that day and that they just received a shipment of the product and it would be shipped that day. The problem I have with this is I should have been informed that the shipment was delayed because it was out of stock.”

“I have been purchasing these specific vapes from a nearby store of mine at a large loss, they charged way over standard pricing for these, and sometimes we would get one and it was a dud or had a much shorter life, so we decided to switch to purchasing them directly from the source. The first two we opened from the 10-pack put the ones from the store to shame, they were so fresh and so flavorful, but since opening 3 others, they seem to also be duds and taste half-potent, so 2 of out the 5 we have opened are good, but the others taste bad. Buying 10 at 10 a piece though seems to be much cheaper, it still is a gamble because we don't know if the ones we buy will work properly or not.”

“Took a week to ship, you used to have priority mail delivery if a certain amount was spent. Now it’s UPS ground the slowest and very unreliable shipper. Now it’s a 10 days since I ordered. UPS had a delay, it was out for delivery today but they didn’t bother, 20 minutes on the phone and UPS says I should get it tomorrow. I spent over $180 I would think you could use a better carrier. This was my final order with you. I’ve found another company.”

“I would like you to have more specifications about the ingredients and if the products are being regulated by authority in charge of this kind of products. I like Lava 2 so much but some times I’m afraid of what I’m consuming in this disposable vapes. I have also receive some products with no flavor o empty and did say anything because it’s so frustrating to have to send them back and make all the return process.”

“The price for my Vuse pods has gone up. I was ordering them from BuyPODSNow because of the price and convenience. Now with shipping, the price is the same as buying them at the gas station around the corner. Also, I placed my last order on 5/13/2022 and didn't get any updates about my order until I reached out to your support. I didn't receive my order until today 5/24/2022. I'm probably not going to order from you anymore”

“I’ve had trouble with UPS lately for not leaving my package after I paid $10.99 for next day delivery. They ring the wrong bell and make sign waivers before they leave it. I don’t think it’s fair. Can I leave instructions ??”
